As a leading food distribution company, Sutherland’s need to provide updated and accurate service to its customers is important. We want to make the ordering process as simple and smooth as possible; and with a little flare. In order to do this, we have designed a new website, that will not only provide a simple ordering process, but, will also allow you to view market reports and reviews of the business.
In addition to these features, we have produced a company video that allows you to gain insight on the company, via our President, Gene Sutherland, and view the inside of our 120,000 square foot warehouse.
We have provided links for our new and existing customers to access our Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages. Customers are able to view some of our products, changes that occur in the food industry, via market reports, and promotions that are run by our vendors.
While we are providing a new layout and adding a few more services, our ordering process has not changed. Customers are able to order their favorite products without having to learn a new process.
We are making some improvements and are still committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. Providing a new website, with many different features, and pertinent information about the food industry, is one way to accomplish our “best service” philosophy.
